Our center is designed for children aged 1 to 11 years.

A parent can bring a child under 1 y. o. if they are also bringing their older sibling to the center. The baby is free of charge. However, our facility is not designed or recommended for less 12 months infants to engage.

For hygiene and safety reasons, outdoor shoes are not permitted in the play areas.
All visitors must wear non-slip socks at all times. They are available for purchase at the front desk.

One child ticket includes access for one adult. Admission for a second accompanying person costs a full-price ticket as a space is limited.

Children must be accompanied by at least one adult (18 years or older). Children under 5 must be closely supervising during an engagement with an environment. And remember: you are always responsible for your child!

Yes, we have lockers available.

Yes, please! To manage capacity of space, we are requiring guests to book their tickets online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment at the door.

An unlimited time ticket gives you an opportunity to leave and return later during a day. There is no need to pay for re-entry! However, we will record your information before you leave to prevent the ticket from being transferred to third parties.

We love animals but they are not allowed for hygiene and allergy reasons.

Yes, as long as you only take it into the coffee point. This keeps our center
hygienic and clean.

Comfortable clothing for active games and a good mood! it is necessary to remove items that could potentially cause harm to the wearer and other
guests such as belts, hairpins, keychains, jewelry, watches, glasses, etc.

Transfer of tickets to third parties is not permitted. However, we understand that plans may change. In exceptional cases, and subject to availability, we could offer a change of date or a voucher for future use. Please contact us in advance at info@bolaboomkids.com.
